Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Orders are shipped out
within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment Monday through Friday. Orders
placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be shipped out on the following

Taxes and Fees
Purchases shipped within Ontario are subject to 7% GST and 8% PST.
Purchases shipped within Canada are subject to 7% GST. Atlantic
Provinces are charged 15% HST. Purchases shipped internationally
are exempt from Canadian taxes.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged please contact customer service within
24 hours to arrange for return and replacement. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase of Chey Bath & Body products, we will gladly
arrange for a refund.
